Jasson at the shop.
I requested in my appointment to not brush on my face, and he does exactly that. I message him on his Instagram if he can not do that next time. And instead of trying to work that out he just tells me to find a different barber. And, I give him a $10 tip and he gives me back my $5 change in 1’s.
Awful customer service.
He doesn't respect all his customers and he'll treat you differently based off that.

Dropped in with no appointment and kind of in a rush - found a gem . Creative Professionals in a low key and very kind manner get you back to posing . Nice crowd of men when I was there , lots of giggles, I would totally name this my barber if I would live in LA. Thanks guys for a memorable time and of course excellent hair cut

Came here for the first time to get a haircut. I had an appointment with Jasson, i was able to make my appointment online a couple of days before which was very convenient. Its always nerve-racking for me to have someone new give me a haircut but Jasson was friendly and attentive and put time and effort into giving a great haircut. It was nice that he assisted me on time for the appointment. The price for the haircut seems a bit high but not bad for the quality haircut I received. I will definitely be coming back to get a haircut by Jasson. Thank you for the service you provided, its not easy to find good businesses with good service!
I got a haircut from Marcos this week, and he did an excellent job. I have little to no complaints and/or remarks, which is honestly pretty rare! He is a master at his craft, and I would consider him to be one of LA's best.
The rest of the staff are also fairly nice and friendly, and I'm sure that you couldn't go wrong going with either one. Parking nearby is also not (too) difficult, and it's easy to get to from the highway.
I would happily return for as long as I'm in SoCal. Thanks a bunch!
Jasson is my go to guy when I need a haircut that always looks good. Best fade out there and always does exactly what you ask, especially if you show him a photo. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Ed is phonominal and so is A-twan. Price is right. Plus they have really good products. Never felt unwelcome or awkward at any of the times I've been here. I'll keep referring friends! And continue to visit if I want that perfect cut!
